Ever thought of sending to your client a link to effect payment either via Card, USSD or Bank transfer. Or rather you want an easy way of advising your clients to pay on your Invoices. What about a unique page for you to receive money easily. Ravepay comes in handy.

Login to your Ravepay Dashboard

Navigate to the vertical menus on the left, scroll down and click on Payment Links

Click on Create Payment Link button

A popup comes up for you to select a Single Charge or Recurring Charge

Single Charge: For one-off payments. Your client will only be debited once.

Recurrinng Charge: For installmental/continuos payment. Your client will be debited once ad subsequently depending on the parameters selected

Recurring Charge:

You can create more than one payment link. Create more to reflect the different parameters of the subscription type.

Name – Customise the name to reflect the Subscription Type, Product/Services and Duration. See the screenshot below.

Amount – Can be fixed[i.e set by you] or by the customer.

Enter a suitable description and tenor in the corresponding fields.

Click “Customise Payment” link

In the Custom Payment Link, I’ll advise you append a suffix that depicts your company and the plan also. As per my example below: I used Company Name-Plan

If you wish, you may add your URL to redirect to after a successful purchase.

Dont forget to add extra fields the customer should complete. This will hep you in reconciling payments received and know from who.

Click Create Link

The corresponding page shows you a list of links you have created. Copy the highlighted section under the URL column. That is the link you include in your Invoice, Email and Marketing campaign to prospective clients and customers.

Single Charge

The process is quite the same except for the absence of duration and interval. Remember to click on the Customise Payment Link to adjust the URL

Rave or Flutterwave also allows you to receive payment in foreign currency, this option is not enabled on the Recurring Payment section[As of now]

One more thing, if you are on Test Mode – Please click the Switch to Live Mode Button at the bottom left menu options of your page to switch to Live
